This role emphasizes collaboration with Human Resources and union partners to tackle emerging compensation issues. Your insights will influence organizational strategies on talent attraction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team to develop and manage compensation frameworks
• Analyze emerging compensation issues in collaboration with stakeholders
• Provide strategic advice on compensation policies and collective bargaining
• Contribute to corporate initiatives like job architecture systems
• Build internal leadership capacity for informed decision-making
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management or related field
• Experience in leadership within a multi-union environment
• In-depth knowledge of compensation systems and policies
• Proven project management and execution skills
• Certification as a Compensation Professional is an asset
