Human Resources Partner at Civeo

Civeo is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who excels in labour relations. This hybrid position will offer the chance to make a significant impact within a global workforce accommodation specialist.

In this role, you will report to the Labour Relations Manager, serving as a strategic advisor to client leadership. Your responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management, while addressing complex labour relations issues. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in grievance handling and collective bargaining in both Canadian and U.S. markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client leadership with HR practices

• Oversee transitions, mobilizations, and project closures

• Negotiate with union representatives and manage grievances

• Apply collective agreements for compliance

• Implement training programs and HR initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience

• Expertise in grievance management and negotiations

• Knowledge of employment laws in Canada and U.S.

• Willingness to travel to various sites
