Position: Edmonton Space HR & Payroll Leadership Role
Join the Edmonton Space & Science Foundation as an HR & Payroll Advisor, where your attention to detail and payroll expertise make a meaningful impact. This full-time role prioritizes employee experience and efficient payroll processing.

You will oversee the full payroll cycle in partnership with ADP Workforce Now, ensuring compliance and accuracy for up to 200 staff members. Collaborating closely with various departments, your role will provide essential HR support and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full payroll cycle effectively

• Process and validate payroll-related changes

• Liaise with Finance and manage inquiries

• Maintain HRIS updates and address employee questions

• Develop best practices and improve payroll efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• 3–5 years in human resources or payroll

• Strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation

• Excellent communication and service orientation

• Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail
