Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and direct the total rewards roadmap

• Design competitive compensation frameworks

• Oversee the management of pension and benefits

• Lead payroll services with accountability

• Foster team development and clear performance expectations
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• 5-7 years of experience in HR necessary

• Proficient in HRIS systems

• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation

• Equivalencies will be evaluated
