Human Resources Generalist at TRAXX

Join TRAXX as a Human Resources Generalist, working in a hybrid model from Edmonton, AB. This vital role focuses on effective HR program delivery, employee relations, and high-volume recruitment.

In this full-time, permanent role, you'll act as a trusted HR partner, contributing to both employee engagement and compliance with relevant regulations. You will handle recruitment processes efficiently while also supporting performance management and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Collaborating with management and addressing workplace issues, you will help build a progressive HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle high-volume recruitment and onboarding

• Address employee relations and enforce HR policies

• Comply with employment standards and health regulations

• Assist managers in performance management and reviews

• Prepare HR metrics and workforce trend reports

Requirements:

• Experience in HR, preferably five years in Canada

• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
