HR Administrator

Position: Full Time HR Administrator
Join First Nations Health Consortium as a Full-Time HR Administrator in Edmonton. Drive HR processes from recruitment to compliance and support a positive workplace culture.

As an HR Administrator, you will support the Human Resources department with a wide array of operational functions.

Your role encompasses recruitment, payroll support, and employee records management while promoting employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives. You will also be the key contact point for employees regarding HR matters, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary employee contact regarding HR policies

• Answer queries on HR-related issues promptly

• Administer and communicate changes in employee benefits

• Manage recruitment processes from posting to onboarding

• Prepare HR documents and maintain personnel records

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources required

• Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws

• Minimum two years’ experience with First Nations communities

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Complete Criminal Record and Child Welfare Checks
