Key Responsibilities:

• Assess organizational learning needs with departmental leaders

• Develop and coordinate effective training initiatives for staff

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles

• Evaluate training program effectiveness and impact

• Recommend improvements based on best practices in learning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

• At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in recruitment

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes

• Knowledge of learning strategies and methodologies

• Familiarity with LMS systems as a strong advantage
