Position: Full-Time Advisor for Employee Experience
Location: Stony Plain

In this permanent role, you will directly report to the Manager of Employee Experience & Wellbeing. Your focus will be on coordinating employee programs related to engagement, health, and safety while optimizing communications and documentation. Collaborate closely with leaders and team members to deliver effective initiatives that support Parkland County's commitment to its workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement employee recognition activities

• Manage health and safety training and initiatives

• Prepare reporting and documentation for programs

• Organize employee wellness and engagement events

• Maintain accurate records for HR and safety programs

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field

• Diploma in Business Administration or HR

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory abstract required

• Capacity for in-person work at Parkland County Centre
