Worley Canada Construction is actively seeking a skilled Trades Recruitment Advisor to strengthen its People team. This role calls for a strong background in high-volume recruitment, effective communication, and a commitment to customer service. You will connect with prospective candidates, manage safety compliance, and work closely with construction management to fulfill staffing needs responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and pre-screen large volumes of candidate applications
• Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate manpower rosters in collaboration with the team
• Develop client relationships to align recruitment with business needs
• Attend career fairs and networking events for candidate sourcing
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ high-volume recruitment experience
• Trades-specific experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources preferred
• Willingness for occasional site travel
