Position: Senior Project Manager with vendor management experience to lead in flight customer billing project for our utilities
Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with vendor management experience to lead in flight customer billing project for our utilities client
This role will require you to be onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Edm
Must Haves:
8+ years' experience as Project Manager with experience with a good mix of Agile and Waterfall delivery modelsMust be able to take over project mid to end flight across finish lineProven track record managing large, complex technology project deliveriesStakeholder engagement and relationship managementDefine scope and deliverables while ensuring technical feasibilityManage vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) and track progressVendor management experience in managing Multimillion dollar contractsExperience leading integration based projectsMust be able to work with multiple third party vendorsExperience leading projects within the following areas:
billing, asset management or CRM system based projects (Maximo, Service Now, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion)Education:
Bachelor's degreePMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalentScrum MasterResponsibilities
• Manage and track performance of the project(s) to ensure adherence to approved budget, schedule,and scope
• Partner with cross-functional teams and multiple external vendors to develop integrated project management plans
• Define scope and deliverables while ensuring technical feasibility
• Manage vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) and track progress
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost per governance framework
• Report and escalate risks and issues as required
• Work with change resources to ensure technical and organizational change adherence
• Ensure proper project resourcing and capacity planning
• Complete regular status reporting and meet Project Accounting reporting requirements
