Senior Client Success Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Success Manager to join their team. This role ensures that landlord obligations outlined in leases are met while managing projects to deliver on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The successful candidate will bring strong project management expertise, construction knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Review tenant leases and ensure landlord responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Oversee general contractors performing landlord work and report progress to leadership
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage projects to meet contractual obligations and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate design reviews between general contractors and tenants, securing tenant sign-off
  • Chair regular project meetings with tenants and contractors
  • Process change orders and cost tracking in Construction Manager, ensuring approvals are documented
  • Monitor quality control and assurance processes, including consultant and testing reviews
  • Manage tenant relationships by understanding goals and representing their best interests
  • Resolve project issues through collaboration and escalate as needed based on contractual requirements
  • Review and process invoices, maintain accurate cost tracking in Yardi, and complete monthly forecasting
  • Own and monitor project budgets, escalating additional costs for approval before proceeding
  • Track and manage schedules to minimize delays and cost overruns
  • Your strengths include:
  • 8+ years of project management experience, preferably as an Owner's Representative
  • 5+ years of construction and development experience with broad exposure across functions
  • CPA or PMP designation considered an asset
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude
  • Position Requirements
