Senior Client Success ManagerOur client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Success Manager to join their team. This role ensures that landlord obligations outlined in leases are met while managing projects to deliver on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The successful candidate will bring strong
project management expertise, construction knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:Review tenant leases and ensure landlord responsibilities are fulfilledOversee general contractors performing landlord work and report progress to leadershipMaintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleManage projects to meet contractual obligations and ensure timely completionCoordinate design reviews between general contractors and tenants, securing tenant sign-offChair regular project meetings with tenants and contractorsProcess change orders and cost tracking in Construction Manager, ensuring approvals are documentedMonitor quality control and assurance processes, including consultant and testing reviewsManage tenant relationships by understanding goals and representing their best interestsResolve project issues through collaboration and escalate as needed based on contractual requirementsReview and process invoices, maintain accurate cost tracking in Yardi, and complete monthly forecastingOwn and monitor project budgets, escalating additional costs for approval before proceedingTrack and manage schedules to minimize delays and cost overrunsYour strengths include:8+ years of project management experience, preferably as an Owner's Representative5+ years of construction and development experience with broad exposure across functionsCPA or PMP designation considered an assetAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholdersStrong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureExceptional attention to detail and accuracyExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsCollaborative mindset with a positive attitude
