Adecco is currently hiring a full-time skilled Communications and Operations Lead to shape strategy, enhance our client's public profile, and strengthen their organizational voice. Responsibilities:
  • Lead quarterly PR/communications plans aligned to messaging and risks.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns for major initiatives and ensure message alignment across channels.
  • Oversee website, newsletter, social media, and advertising platforms.
  • Plan and report on advertising performance (i.e. Linked In, Google).
  • Draft releases, advisories, manage media lists, and liaise with media.
  • Monitor media daily and flag issues and opportunities.
  • Produce media coverage reports with key insights.
  • Build and maintain systems and manage end to end workflow from draft through publish and archive.
  • Ensure brand, accessibility, and CP Style compliance.
  • Develop issue/event playbooks with escalation paths.
  • Track and analyze performance using dashboards.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field combined with 5 to 7 years of PR/communications with direct media and issues management experience.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role with experience in writing and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing owned channels, including content strategy, development, and monitoring.
  • Comfortable working across teams with competing priorities.
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
