• Assess clinical and operational impacts of construction, renovation, and activation activities; identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; and develop actionable mitigation strategies.

• Develop high‑quality reports, tools, dashboards, and governance structures that support decision‑making and project oversight.

• Engage and collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical leaders, project sponsors, redevelopment teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and shared understanding of project impacts.

• Facilitate working groups and planning sessions, providing coaching and mentorship to strengthen organizational readiness and resilience.

• Apply advanced project management methodologies to support planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation across complex redevelopment initiatives.

• Oversee interdependencies across IT, clinical operations, facilities, and support services to ensure seamless integration of new systems, workflows, and technologies.

• Deep healthcare operational knowledge with the ability to identify options, alternatives, and solutions that support client objectives.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust‑based relationships and lead diverse teams through change.

• Experienced in stakeholder engagement, change leadership, conflict resolution, and coaching.

• Innovative, adaptable, and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in fast‑paced environments.
