We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Manager in Training with a wage range of $70,000 - $90,000 in Alberta

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the retail food industry

A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a retail environment

Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills

Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs

A passion for leading and developing others

Ability to work different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead all departments harmoniously to:

Create positive customer experiences

Increase profitability and reach the goals and objectives of each department

Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record and invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts

Schedule Team Members to ensure that customer needs are met

Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed

Implement effective recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team

Complete performance reviews, departmental reports, etc. to gauge progress throughout the store

Train, develop, and motivate Team Members

Resolve customer and Team member concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience

Champion the Freson Bros. Brand and culture by modelling our qualities of Drive, Integrity, and Growth

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
