Take charge as the General Manager:

Empire Envelope is searching for a dynamic General Manager for its Interiors division. In this pivotal role, you'll provide strategic direction and performance management while ensuring departmental alignment with overall company goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a positive team culture in all departments
• Implement plans to enhance quality and efficiency
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control efforts
• Conduct coaching and performance evaluations regularly

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management
• Proven leadership in managing multiple teams
