HSAA is seeking a Labour Relations Team Lead to coordinate daily operations and support senior management. You will act as a strategic advisor, directing grievance handling and ensuring quality in strategic operational coverage. The ideal candidate is experienced in union representation and collective agreements with strong leadership skills for improving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily team operations effectively

• Provide strategic direction on grievance handling

• Manage urgent matters ensuring service continuity

• Compile and analyze labour relations performance metrics

• Develop operational documents to enhance workflow

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations or related field

• 5–7 years’ experience in Labour Relations

• Strong knowledge of grievance and arbitration processes

• Proven leadership ability managing team workflows

• Excellent communication skills engaging stakeholders
