Position: Mitigation Supervisor Needed
Impact customers daily as a Mitigation Supervisor with FGS in Edmonton, Alberta! This role revolves around effective management of disaster recovery operations, ensuring timely and high-quality restoration services.

We are searching for a Mitigation Supervisor with IICRC certification and at least five years of hands-on experience in restoration. You will be responsible for coordinating immediate responses to emergencies, overseeing staff training, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position emphasizes empathy towards customers and clear communication with all parties involved in restoration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage emergency claims response effectively

• Train staff in operational and safety tasks

• Conduct regular safety and toolbox meetings

• Guide restoration staff in executing work orders

• Ensure clear communication with project managers

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in restoration industry

• Required IICRC certifications: WRT and FSRT

• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• High school diploma/GED essential

• Certification in First Aid and WHMIS
