Project Manager for Land Development

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager experienced in leading land development projects. You will navigate the entire project lifecycle from planning through construction, while managing design aspects and ensuring compliance with all municipal standards. This role requires a proactive attitude and strong leadership capabilities within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from conceptual design to construction management

• Oversee technical aspects including stormwater and utility management

• Manage approval processes for development applications

• Facilitate effective communication with municipal bodies

• Ensure quality control and compliance of project deliverables

Requirements:

• Civil engineering degree and P.Eng. designation preferred

• Over 10 years of progressive land development experience

• Strong skills in project management and client communication

• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff

• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams
