Lead facility maintenance initiatives as the Building Services Maintenance Supervisor at Corporate Services. This full-time position ensures efficient facility operations through strategic supervision and planning.
As a vital role in the Facilities Management Maintenance Program, you will manage teams in preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and service response. Your leadership will promote compliance with safety codes while overseeing maintenance activities across various buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Maintenance staff and conduct training sessions.
• Schedule and direct maintenance tasks and emergency responses.
• Investigate and resolve building system malfunctions.
• Administer facility maintenance budgets and service contracts.
• Conduct regular inspections and enforce safety compliance.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of direct experience in facility maintenance.
• 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Technical diploma in related discipline required.
• Must have a valid BC Driver's Licence.
• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
