Role Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister, Technical and Corporate Services, you will provide strategic leadership, direction and coordination of transformation and initiatives across the department. This includes:
business and operational planning and reporting
oversight for agency governance related to Ministry Agencies, Boards and Commissions
ministry emergency planning and facility and accommodation planning
leading the development and enhancement of evaluation and process improvement initiatives across the ministry
ensuring effective communication, engagement and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
contributing to the divisional business plan and goals and ensuring integration with other branches for overall division success
Qualifications Progressive leader with significant senior management leadership experience
Ability to collaborate and influence change across multiple areas without direct authority
Strong understanding of business and operational planning, governance practices and change management
Experience in strategic planning and corporate service leadership, including emergency planning and accommodations
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders to manage diverse expectations and interests
Proven leadership of staff, with a focus on clear communication, trust and empowering teams to achieve results
Related degree is preferred
Salary $5,896.65 - $7,749.28 bi-weekly ($ - $ annually)
