As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee every aspect of construction projects, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality. From planning and resource allocation to safety and client satisfaction, your role will be pivotal in delivering outstanding results.

• Manage projects from start to finish, meeting quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, objectives, and performance goals.
• Lead teams effectively, fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project accounting.
• Ensure consistent communication with contractors, architects, and clients.
• Proactively address potential challenges, minimizing risks and resolving disputes.

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in project management.
• Post‑secondary education in construction management or engineering (an asset).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Safety certifications (First Aid & CPR, CSTS) and a valid driver’s license.
