We are looking for a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the construction sector, particularly in managing engineering, fabrication, and installation efforts. You will coordinate with various teams, including contractors and architects, to ensure projects run smoothly while adhering to schedules, budgets, and building codes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project timelines from award to close-out
• Track fabrication progress and installation sequences
• Coordinate between internal and external project teams
• Prepare project execution and budget plans
• Resolve RFIs and field-fit issues promptly
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of change order management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license required
