The Adoptions Supervisor reports directly to the Manager of Customer Experience and plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily adoption operations. You will ensure successful matches between pets and families while maintaining public engagement. This position also involves coaching staff, managing schedules, and supporting animal care efforts to uphold high standards of welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily adoption operations and success

• Coach and develop staff through regular check-ins

• Provide excellent customer education and service

• Maintain accurate animal records in Shelter Buddy

• Assist in budget development and capital projects

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Six months of supervisory or leadership experience

• Minimum six months of customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications

• Experience handling animals needed
