IAM Senior Project ManagerThe IAM Senior Project Manager, working within the CISO’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, is responsible for leading complex and transformational initiatives from initiation through successful delivery. This role ensures that all project outcomes align with organizational objectives, industry best practices, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency goals.
The IAM Senior Project Manager is accountable for all facets of project execution — scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality — as well as the critical leadership competencies needed to drive delivery. These include stakeholder and resource management, communication planning, organizational change management, and ensuring operational readiness for project launch.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate brings strong Project Management expertise within the IAM domain, including solid knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) in SAP environments. They are skilled at presenting complex technical and business topics in a clear and compelling manner to secure alignment, approvals, and strategic direction from stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy.
- Manage and maintain the central repository for risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
- Set and enforce deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
- Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively.
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
- Communicate effectively with executives, sponsors, and team members.
- Facilitate decision‑making and resolve conflicts across teams.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
- Build and contribute to a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability.
