This position calls for experienced professionals with 4+ years in Project Management, requiring skills in schedule preparation, project file maintenance, and effective communication. You will lead project meetings, oversee change orders, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in new project sales and client meetings
• Maintain and update schedules and job costs
• Manage project documentation and communication with teams
• Review and approve contractor progress draws monthly
• Coordinate with the Superintendent for overall project success
Requirements:
• 4+ years of relevant Project Management experience
• Diploma in construction or engineering disciplines
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Excel as a Project Manager in a thriving construction environment, delivering successful projects from inception to completion.
