In this strategic leadership role at ECALA, you will serve as the chief executive officer, accountable for financial sustainability and community relationships. You will guide the organization in enhancing adult literacy, numeracy, digital skills, and employability across Edmonton and Alberta. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership to advance adult learning goals
• Manage relationships with government and community partners
• Oversee grant administration and financial stewardship

• Monitor and report on community and organizational outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum seven years in senior leadership roles
• Experience with budgets exceeding $2.5 million
• Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with Indigenous communities and reconciliation
