This critical position involves engaging in the development and implementation of innovative business plans tailored for the region. You will manage a team focused on delivering results while maintaining essential broker relationships for business growth within Peace Hills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive strategic planning for the region
• Create a regional business plan aligned with company objectives
• Supervise underwriting managers and business development advisors
• Manage operational risk and oversee the regional portfolio
• Build and maintain solid broker relationships for success
Requirements:
• CIP or FCIP designation is mandatory
• At least 10 years in property and casualty underwriting
• Experience in leadership roles with results accountability
• Must possess strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage change and set priorities
