Drive strategic executive engagement as a Community Program Manager n a team dedicated to fostering relationships and enhancing C-level communities through impactful programming.
As a Community Program Manager, you will manage C-level executive communities, ensuring member engagement and satisfaction. Your strong project management skills will facilitate seamless program execution, both online and in-person. You will regularly collaborate with internal teams, serving as a key liaison for community members and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage community engagement and implement best practices for C-executives
• Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and member knowledge sharing
• Host in-person programs, including public speaking engagements
• Collaborate on design and execution of impactful programs
• Utilize data to analyze program success and community trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in client success required
• Minimum 3-5 years in client relationship roles, B2B preferred
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to travel for in-person programs
• Experience in data analytics for community insights
