CGS seeks an experienced Scheduling Manager to lead a team of Instructional Delivery Schedulers. In this key role, you will optimize the scheduling policies and manage logistics for virtual instructor-led training sessions. Your focus will be aligning faculty with session demand, maintaining compliance documentation, and driving continuous improvement in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of Instructional Delivery Schedulers
• Develop and implement scheduling policies for training operations
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical issues promptly
• Oversee virtual training logistics and session management
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure adequate coverage
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in training coordination or management roles
• Leadership experience in scheduling or administration
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
Drive operational effectiveness while leading a dedicated team in the instructional delivery services at CGS.
