The Fit4

Less Manager oversees club operations and ensures a financially healthy atmosphere. You will train and motivate team members, resolve member complaints, and uphold cleanliness standards. Your leadership will drive both member satisfaction and staff engagement while achieving revenue goals and managing expenses effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent, friendly customer service across the club

• Lead cleanliness initiatives according to standards and policies

• Address member concerns and resolve escalated complaints

• Manage hiring and training of club associates effectively

• Control expenses while achieving revenue targets

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Proven experience in team leadership and motivation

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in basic computer/technology use

• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle stress
