Overview

Position Overview Field Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for managing companys field operations after business hours. They will ensure Paladins contractual obligations are met through appropriate deployment of security officers in coordination with Paladin 24/7 Operations Center and Mobile Division. Team building, supporting, mentoring and supervising our security Officers in both our Mobile Division and in the field are essential functions of the job.

The Field Manager ensures the highest levels of customer service and safety are continually maintained and exceeded by our officers.

Essential Job Functions:

-Manage field operations in close coordination with Paladin 24 hour Operations Center and Mobile Division resources
-Exercise very high level of initiative, sound judgement, leadership, excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as organizational and problem solving abilities.

-Assist and closely cooperate with Mobile Division Managers
-Fulfill tasks delegated by Client Service Managers and provide informative feedback and recommendations in regards to the site operations
-Coordinate with the Scheduling Department to ensure all our ongoing staffing needs are met with appropriately trained security officers
-Communicate with senior management team
-Coach, mentor, and develop Static and Mobile Security Officers
-Ensure that Security Officers in the field have full understanding of required duties and appropriate training to provide highest level of customer service to our clients based on company objectives and our contractual obligations
-Conduct preliminary investigations
-Set up and provide logistical support for short term contracts (specials)
-Apply appropriate corrective and disciplinary action when required
-Effectively use Microsoft Word software Required Skills/

Qualifications:

-Must possess a valid Class 5 drivers license
-Proof of a clean drivers abstract going back a minimum of three years
-Previous supervisory/management experience would be considered an asset

- Experience with Paladin Mobile Division is an asset
-Computer literate
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-High level of professionalism
-Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records
-Strong ability to multitask and exercise good judgement in intense environment
-Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
-Experience in a team work environment
-Ability to work extended hours of additional shifts when required

Education Requirements (All)

Minimum High School Education

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid Security License
