Key Responsibilities:
• Guide delivery of projects exceeding $30 M in scope
• Direct cradle-to-grave project management processes
• Implement CM conversion strategies for contracts
• Develop client-focused proposals to secure contracts
• Mentor project teams to foster leadership potential
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in general contracting
• 5+ years in a direct project management capacity
• Expertise in construction management processes
• Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and tendering
• Driver's license for project site visits
