The Waterpark Supervisor plays a key role in daily operations, supervising Lifeguards and staff members to ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will assist in training, communicate staff needs, and address guest queries. Administrative responsibilities, including onboarding and performance assessments, are also crucial to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all waterpark staff activities and functions
• Implement safety protocols and train new hires
• Directly assist in various operational areas
• Handle administrative tasks like performance evaluations
• Engage with guests to resolve concerns effectively
Requirements:
• One year lifeguarding experience at World Waterpark
• Current Intermediate First Aid and Lifeguard certifications
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Lead a dedicated team and create a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests at World Waterpark.
