In this temporary full-time role, you will partner with the Branch Manager and leadership team, utilizing your expertise in strategic planning and management. Your mission will include developing high-level business strategies, overseeing confidential projects, and creating comprehensive reports for senior leadership. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure alignment and efficiency across various operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-level Branch business strategies

• Research and write reports for Council and Executive Leadership teams

• Serve as a principal consultant and representative for initiatives

• Conduct environmental scans and develop proactive solutions

• Provide mentorship and guidance to administrative teams

Requirements:

• University degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, or Political Science

• Minimum of 5 years in strategic and management roles

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

• Strong relationship management and influence abilities

• Ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility
