The Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer will partner closely with the Executive Director and Chief Curator. This position requires a visionary leader to enhance financial operations, marketing strategies, and community involvement. You'll drive revenue-generating initiatives while ensuring an outstanding visitor experience at the gallery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations and annual budgets
• Develop visitor-centered strategies for attendance
• Cultivate community relationships and strategic partnerships
• Manage human resources for team effectiveness
• Guide marketing and communications for enhanced public visibility
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years in senior management roles
• Strong financial management experience
• Proven success in community engagement
• Experience in strategic planning and operations
