Join the Town of Morinville as a Supervisor for Enforcement Services. Manage operations and lead Community Peace Officers to enhance local safety and compliance.
In this permanent full-time role, you will oversee the delivery of municipal enforcement services, reporting directly to the Manager of Community Safety. You will guide staff, manage investigations, and develop strategic plans to ensure safety and compliance. Strong collaboration with community members and agencies is vital in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop Enforcement Services professionals
• Manage daily enforcement operations and resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to legislative and departmental policies
• Coordinate public safety education and community engagement
• Prepare comprehensive reports for town leadership
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in relevant fields
• At least ten years of law enforcement or municipal enforcement experience
• Eligibility for a Community Peace Officer Level 1 Appointment
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience
