Key Responsibilities:
• Guide Mechanical Inspectors in impactful daily operations
• Uphold Finning’s safety culture during all activities
• Mentor and develop a skilled technical team
• Partner with customers to address technical issues
• Spearhead solutions to improve equipment reliability
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of proven leadership experience
• Journeyman Red Seal or relevant Engineering background
• At least 5 years with Caterpillar equipment
• Exceptional communication and diagnostic skills
• Experience with strategic service delivery
