In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for supervising store operations, promoting safety, and ensuring adherence to service standards. Focused on team development, you will guide team members through training and performance management. Collaborating closely with management, you’ll manage inventory, budgets, and drive a culture that values collaboration and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety and quality service in daily operations
• Mentor and support team member development initiatives
• Oversee inventory management and financial reporting
• Provide exemplary front counter service to customers
• Assist in staff hiring and performance coaching
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years in management or supervisory experience
• High school diploma or GED required, management training a plus
• Valid Driver’s License for store operations
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
