In this pivotal Acting Manager role, you'll oversee a dedicated team of Supervisors and Care Access Representatives. Your leadership will create a high-performing environment that prioritizes employee engagement, minimizes attrition, and fosters growth. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, scheduling care providers, and ensuring service quality across client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Care Access Team members effectively
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement and collaboration
• Champion team engagement and retention initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and link outcomes to goals
• Resolve complex client and team issues proactively
Requirements:
• Understanding of client-centered service models and performance metrics
• 5+ years in healthcare or client service environments
• Proven leadership in managing service teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in workforce management systems
