This key position will involve processing security checks for various departments, including IT and Human Resources. You will manage detailed analyses, provide direction regarding security clearance, and liaise with external agencies. Additionally, general office tasks will include maintaining filing systems and correspondence creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute security checks using CPIC and JOIN systems
• Analyze applicants and compile important intelligence reports
• Provide clear information to external partners
• Maintain office files and assist in document management
• Demonstrate excellent customer service in all duties
Requirements:
• High school diploma with relevant business coursework
• At least three years of information processing experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Familiarity with legal legislation related to security
• Effective communication skills for public engagement
