Lead a customer-centric approach at Staples as the Print & Services Supervisor. Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while driving sales in a fast-paced environment.
In this leadership position, you will leverage your three-plus years of retail experience and your commitment to continuous improvement. Engage customers personally while coaching your team to meet and exceed operational and sales goals.
Your role will center around fostering a high-performing selling culture in the print and cash service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers and oversee staff performance
• Implement and communicate promotional strategies effectively
• Manage the cash and print service operations
• Ensure practices align with brand excellence standards
• Provide training and development opportunities for associates
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of retail customer service experience
• Supervisory and coaching experience preferred
• 1-2 years in print or graphic communications
• Strong technical knowledge of printing equipment
• Capacity for high organization and prioritization skills
