This pivotal role involves reporting to the Board of Directors while driving strategic vision and operational excellence will work with grant recipients, government partners, and community organizations to increase awareness and investment in adult foundational learning. Your leadership will guide critical initiatives that support adult learners across Edmonton.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion ECALA’s vision to the community
• Represent the organization at multiple governance levels
• Lead the hiring and management of staff
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
• Collaborate with the Board for governance practices
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of leadership experience managing budgets
• Bachelor's degree;
Master's preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in grant and financial management
• Strong knowledge of public policy and community dynamics
• Excellent performance in public communication
