Hybrid Educational Program Manager at CMSS

Location: Wabasca-Desmarais

Lead educational innovations with the Council of Medical Specialty Societies as their Educational Program Manager. This hybrid position focuses on delivering strategic programs for physicians and society staff.

Your role at CMSS includes supporting the development and implementation of educational strategies across multiple formats. You will design learning communities, manage the Learning Center, and ensure effective communication while engaging industry partners. Your ability to integrate technology and collaborate with a hybrid team will be essential to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support educational strategy development for diverse audiences

• Coordinate learning events, including webinars and conferences

• Guide the CMSS Learning Center and promote its features

• Oversee Program Committee activities and processes

• Produce evaluations and reports to communicate progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

• 5-7 years of relevant educational experience

• Familiarity with CME and CAE credit administration

• Proficiency with association technology and Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented with strong communication capabilities
