In this leadership role, you will pursue local business opportunities and promote FLINT’s Health, Safety, and Environment standards. You will develop and implement strategies that align with FLINT’s overall goals and oversee financial performance across projects. Managing a team and ensuring client satisfaction will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop growth opportunities through community engagement

• Promote a culture of health and safety within the team

• Create and implement operational strategies

• Oversee E&I project scope, proposals, and estimates

• Conduct site inspections focusing on quality and safety

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Electrical or Instrumentation certification

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a managerial level

• Strong technical knowledge in E&I services

• Proficient in project management tools and RFPs

• Physically capable of fulfilling job requirements
