Key Responsibilities:
• Manage estimating team and department functions
• Oversee salary, bonus reviews, and performance evaluations
• Identify project opportunities and participate in estimates
• Ensure compliance with PCL safety and quality standards
• Conduct team meetings for district updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent trade experience
• 15+ years in construction cost estimating preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Led projects valued at $250+ million
• Strong knowledge of contract risks and delivery models
