As a Commercial Management Lead for Stantec, you'll guide a team of Commercial Managers to navigate contractual complexities in major projects. Your expertise in Earned Value Management and risk assessments will be essential in ensuring that all projects align with company policies, and your leadership will extend to overseeing project controls and commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage the Commercial Delivery Team
• Address all project commercial and contractual issues
• Oversee the development of financial tracking systems
• Maintain the Project Risk Register for all contracts
• Collaborate with Design Management and Discipline Leads
Requirements:
• 15+ years in Design or Project Management
• Strong knowledge of claims management for projects
• Experience in APD programs and scheduling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• BS in Engineering or Construction Management
