Lead mid-to-large commercial projects at Chandos as a Project Manager. Manage project life cycles, mentor teams, and improve efficiency from concept to completion.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee a range of projects valued between $10M to $50M+, guiding them through every phase. Your responsibilities will include design review, budget control, and managing both open and stipulated delivery models effectively. Foster strong partnerships with clients and subcontractors while mentoring project teams for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own full lifecycle project delivery for commercial and institutional projects
• Oversee design review, estimating, budgeting, and cost control
• Manage contract administration and construction sequencing
• Implement project risk management and opportunity identification
• Mentor project coordinators to develop future leaders
Requirements:
• 5+ years at a general contractor with 2+ years as Project Manager
• Proven project management experience from design to completion
• Technical diploma in construction-related field or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Project and financial reporting
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage site and office work
