Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and payroll for the maintenance department

• Provide hands-on leadership in building operations

• Oversee efficient day-to-day facility operations

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of skilled mechanical maintenance experience

• Three years of progressive managerial experience required

• Experience in a health care organization preferred

• Strong electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills
