Join Precise Park Link as an Evening Operations Supervisor, overseeing field operations focused on customer service and efficient parking management. Work hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, requiring weekend availability.
This role aims to support Precise Park Link's operations in Edmonton through hands-on leadership. You will manage frontline staff, ensure compliance with parking regulations, and maintain high customer satisfaction during evening shifts. Your expertise in supervision and communication will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support parking staff on-site
• Conduct operational audits and site inspections
• Handle customer service inquiries and issues
• Aid in event parking and traffic management
• Complete documentation, reports, and inspections
Requirements:
• Prior supervisory experience in a relevant field
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Proficient with mobile apps and technology
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
