This management position reports directly to the Director of Client Service. Delivering top-tier client service is crucial, alongside training, coaching, and mentoring your team to boost performance. You will analyze data to identify trends, ensure client satisfaction, and drive profitability through effective service management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and mentor staff to enhance client service
• Analyze performance data for service enhancements

Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education
